Gulf Coast Home Watch provides professional Home Watch services, defined as the visual observation of a home or property looking for obvious issues. We are not a home inspection company, security company, or licensed contractor.

Website Submissions

Submitting a consultation request through this website does not constitute a service agreement. All Home Watch services are governed by a signed Home Watch and Property Services Agreement between Gulf Coast Home Watch and the property owner.

Limitation of Liability

Home Watch services involve visual observation only. Gulf Coast Home Watch cannot prevent damage, theft, mold, pest infestation, or acts of nature. Our role is to detect irregularities early and report findings to the property owner.
